Course Refund Policies Refunds are given only if a course* is cancelled
by Reiki & Bio-Balancing Therapies / Sabrina DeVaney. We do not accept responsibility for changes in students' personal
circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is no reasonable cause**,
students may move their course(s) forward to a new start date after booking and paying for a course. Reiki & Bio-Balancing
Therapies / Sabrina DeVaney must be notified of this 72 hours prior to a course start date or the student's entire
course payment will be forfeited. Any and all remaining unpaid course fees must be paid in full at the time
of cancellation or according to a schedule agreed upon between Reiki & Bio-Balancing Therapies / L. Sabrina DeVaney
and the student. All cancellations must
to be in writing, contain the registrant's name, address, phone, email, class dates and location, and be hand-signed. Cancellations must be mailed via post. Please email for proper mailing address. * The word course is meant to include all
courses, classes, trainings, workshops, lectures and events. ** Reasonable Cause: Extenuating circumstances, such as a death in the immediate family, hospitalization, etc. must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by proofs. All refunds in extenuating circumstances must be approved by Sabrina/RBBT. |
